Led teams through a variety of leadership roles as Business Head/Regional Manager/Practice Head/Project Manager ranging from a small knowledge based/project teams to over 50 professional staff – managing contracts & concessions for organisations such as – IDFC Group, CRISIL, Feedback Ventures, IL&FS & Adity Birla Group.

Have worked on transactions in all core infrastructure sectors –roads, ports, airports, railways, urban transport, water supply and solid waste management; Agriculture Warehousing; Industrial parks and Special Economic Zones, IT, Tourism / Leisure & Entertainment, Real Estate, Healthcare.

He has an MBA from RA Podar Institute of Management and completed his Civil Engineering from Malaviya National Institute of Technology, Jaipur.

Shri. Mehul Krishnakant Patwari

Mehul Patwari is infrastructure and investment professional with around 26 years of leadership experience in project development, infrastructure finance, transaction advisory, PPP structuring, and fund raising. He has held senior roles in leading organizations across public, private, and international development sectors. Proven track record in conceptualizing and financing large-scale sustainable infrastructure, engaging with multilateral agencies, and driving institutional growth. He has led teams across infrastructure verticals including urban infrastructure, greenfield city development, renewable energy, transport, ICT, e-mobility, Oil & gas, real estate, tourism and nature-based solutions. He is a civil engineering graduate with a MBA in finance.

Shri. T Hari Krishnan

T Hari Krishnan, General Manager (Credit Dept and NPA Dept) of IIFCL has over 25 years of experience across Development Banking, Project Finance/Infrastructure Finance, Policy matters, Financial Restructuring and Resolution of Stressed Assets across several sectors. In IIFCL, he has been part of the teams that processed and sanctioned financial assistances for roads, ports, airports, railway, metro, INVITs etc. Earlier he has worked for Industrial Finance Corporation of India (IFCI) and ICICI Bank. He has the experience of handling financial assets across all stages of the loan life cycle. He is an Engineer with MBA and is a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB) with distinction.

Shri Raj Kumar Ralhan

Raj Kumar Ralhan has over 28 years of leadership experience across Infrastructure Finance/Advisory, Consultancy, Investment Banking, Project Finance, Debt Syndication, Fund raise (both debt and equity), Financial Restructuring, Stressed Assets Resolution, Insolvency Advisory, M&A, and Development Banking, across sectors. He is currently working as Chief Credit Officer of India Infrastructure Finance Company Ltd (IIFCL). He has also worked at senior positions in banking, large corporates and global consulting organisations. As a leader in his career, he has handled and led execution teams in a number of landmark assignments both as a lender and as an advisor. Raj Kumar Ralhan is an Engineer with MBA and a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Banking and Finance (CAIIB).

Shri Gaurav Kumar

He carries over 22 years of work experience with 20 years in the Banking and Non-Banking Finance Company (NBFC) space in India, mainly in Infrastructure Project Finance, Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) and Retail Asset financing domain. Having handled various critical functions across sectors at IIFCL, DCB Bank, Bank of Rajasthan and ICICI Bank, he has developed a comprehensive knowledge of Credit appraisal, Risk assessment, Price structuring, Policy formulation, Risk containment, Portfolio Management and Corporate Strategy & Planning.
As a Chief General Manager at IIFCL, which is a Development Finance Institution for the infrastructure sector in India, he has headed various departments spreading across corporate strategy & planning, recovery and stressed assets, legal, corporate communications, corporate & social responsibility and human resources departments. In his earlier roles, he has gained experience in the Credit appraisal, project finance & loan underwriting departments.
He has been a member in various committees like the Hydro Power Core Group of Confederation of Indian Industries (CII) National Committee on Power and the Credit Committee of PMDO for Urban Infrastructure projects in India. He is also a nominee Director on the Board of IIFCL Projects Ltd (IPL).
He actively provides inputs and assists members of various committees like the project finance group of the Inter-Ministerial Steering Committee (IMSC) for financing of infrastructure investment under the National Infrastructure Pipeline (NIP) of the Government of India,
He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Amity Business School, Noida, India, has an Advanced Diploma in Management from AIMA and is a CAIIB from Indian Institute of Banking and Finance, with a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from Pondicherry University, India. He is currently pursuing his Doctorate of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Business Administration from Aligarh Muslim University, India.
