With his rich experience of over 35 years in Development Banking and Financial domains, Mr. P. R. Jaishankar is presently serving as the Managing Director of IIFCL and is the Chairman of IIFCL’s wholly-owned subsidiary companies, viz., IIFC(UK) Ltd, IIFCL Projects Ltd (IPL) and IIFCL Asset Management Company Ltd (IAMCL). Before his current position, Mr. Jaishankar has held various key positions such as Executive Director of National Housing Bank, and has served as Director on the Board of various institutions.
Mr. Jaishankar's visionary approach continues to redefine India's infrastructure financing landscape through policy advocacy measures. He is member of several national level committees such as the CII Infrastructure Council and is on the Managing Committee of the Indian Banking Association (IBA). He has led the introduction of new and innovative financing products such as Credit Enhancement and Takeout Finance, and is known to have structured India’s first ever Mortgage Securitization transaction.
Mr. Jaishankar holds a Master's degree in Technology from IIT, Delhi and is an MBA (Finance) from FMS, Delhi University

A total of 26 years of experience in infrastructure transaction advisory/ investment (debt, equity, and funds), public private partnerships in infrastructure, management consulting and fund raising, capacity building & training in India.

Led teams through a variety of leadership roles as Business Head/Regional Manager/Practice Head/Project Manager ranging from a small knowledge based/project teams to over 50 professional staff – managing contracts & concessions for organisations such as – IDFC Group, CRISIL, Feedback Ventures, IL&FS & Adity Birla Group.

Have worked on transactions in all core infrastructure sectors –roads, ports, airports, railways, urban transport, water supply and solid waste management; Agriculture Warehousing; Industrial parks and Special Economic Zones, IT, Tourism / Leisure & Entertainment, Real Estate, Healthcare.

He has an MBA from RA Podar Institute of Management and completed his Civil Engineering from Malaviya National Institute of Technology, Jaipur.

Mr. Sanjeev Kumar

Shri Sanjeev Kumar is having a long experience of more than 30 years in Banking and Finance which includes Retail, Corporate, Construction and Infrastructure Finance. Have experienced and performed in the sector from all angles and has gathered expertise in all the facets of Financial Management of Large and Medium size Infra projects, mainly in Road and Power Sector (thermal as well as renewable energy) as lender as well as Authority.
He has worked for more than 5 years with NHAI as General Manager (Finance) and played key roles in most of the policy initiates of Govt of India in recent past to eliminate the financial stress of the Road Project and revival of the laggard Projects and to suggest the improvement in contract documents to reduce the financial uncertainty of the Road Projects.
During long tenure in Banking and Finance, he has worked for leading Institutions like SBI, ICICI Bank and lastly with IIFCL as senior management in various departments, like Accounts, Resources and Treasury Management and as the Vertical Head of the Credit Department, before taking over charge as CEO, IIFCL Projects Limited.
He is a CMA from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (erstwhile ICWA of India) and a Certified Associate of Institute of Banking and Finance (CAIIB).

Shri Raj Kumar Ralhan

Raj Kumar Ralhan has over 28 years of leadership experience across Infrastructure Finance/Advisory, Consultancy, Investment Banking, Project Finance, Debt Syndication, Fund raise (both debt and equity), Financial Restructuring, Stressed Assets Resolution, Insolvency Advisory, M&A, and Development Banking, across sectors. He is currently working as Chief Credit Officer of India Infrastructure Finance Company Ltd (IIFCL). He has also worked at senior positions in banking, large corporates and global consulting organisations. As a leader in his career, he has handled and led execution teams in a number of landmark assignments both as a lender and as an advisor. Raj Kumar Ralhan is an Engineer with MBA and a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Banking and Finance (CAIIB).

Mr. Ashwani Agarwal

Mr. Ashwani Agarwal is presently working as Chief General Manager of India Infrastructure Finance Company Ltd. He has over 35 years of financial sector experience across Infrastructure Finance, Project Finance, Corporate Financing, Stress Asset Resolution, NPA recovery etc. Mr Agarwal holds a Post graduate degree in engineering with CFA and CAIIB

Mr. Arvind Kumar Jain

He is Ex-ED, Punjab & Sind Bank and has rich Banking experience of around 40 years with expertise in Treasury Corporate Credit, International Banking, Equity & Debt Capital raising, Compliances and Risk Management. In Banking, his career remained quite bright and he headed the branches/ controlling offices besides worked in Head Office of the Bank. As a Chief General Manager of the Oriental Bank of Commerce, he headed the Large Corporate Credit Department and as a General Manager, he headed Integrated Treasury and International Division, Mid Corporate Credit, Merchant Banking Division, Investor Relation etc. He is also on the Board of PNB Investment Services Limited, Nabsamruddhi Finance Limited, IFCI Limited, IFCI Venture Capital Funds Limited, PNB Metlife India Insurance Company Limited, SIDBI Venture Capital Limited, Bank of India Trustee Services Private Limited, Paytm Payments Bank Limited. Shri Arvind Kumar Jain is a Gold Medallist in M.Sc. (Statistics) and is a Law graduate with CAIIB qualification and is empanelled with Independent Directors Databank (IICA Certified).
