Financial Advisory Services
IPL provides advisory services to develop comprehensive PPP structures and relevant legal, commercial and financial guidance documents, to assist Authorities in selection of Private Partners for projects – Ports, Airports, Urban Transport, Highways, Multi-Modal Transit Centres and several other Infrastructure sub- sectors and continues to assist till the signing of the agreement.
Raising Long Term Funds
IPL can assist in raising long term funds from various lenders –Banks/FIs. IPL can also help connect with various Long Term investors such as Pension Funds, Insurance Funds, Sovereign Wealth Funds & Private Equity players. IPL also handholds and supports in the creation of innovative financing vehicles such as Alternative Investment Funds etc.
